ExpertGate is now accepting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced trainers, educators, and professionals to join its upcoming global training series, Save Time with AI, launching in October 2025.
This 27-part online series is designed to help individuals across research, education, and industry sectors use generative AI tools more effectively. The sessions focus on practical, real-world applications of tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to help participants save time, work more efficiently, and improve their day-to-day workflows.
Each course is delivered as a 4-hour live online session, co-led by two expert trainers. Sessions are hosted via Microsoft Teams. ExpertGate handles all logistics—registrations, session links, certificates, payments, and marketing—so you can focus solely on delivering engaging, high-quality content.
About the Training Series
Save Time with AI is a practical training series designed to help people use generative AI tools more effectively in their daily work. The series targets three core groups:
Researchers and Academics – Learn how to use AI for literature reviews, research writing, data analysis, and project planning.
Educators and Trainers – Discover AI tools that streamline teaching tasks, from assessment design to student communication.
Industry Professionals – Apply AI to boost productivity, automate admin, and improve proposal writing, client reporting, and content creation.
Each session focuses on real-world workflows with hands-on examples and prompt-based tools you can use straight away. Whether you’re new to AI or looking to go deeper, this series helps you reclaim time for the work that really matters.

Who We’re Looking For
ExpertGate invites trainers who:
- Have at least 10 years of experience in teaching, training, or workshop delivery
- Use generative AI tools in their professional or academic practice
- Are confident presenting online and collaborating with a co-trainer
- Have subject matter expertise in one or more of the training topics listed below
- Are familiar with Microsoft Teams (preferred but not essential)
Trainer Responsibilities
As a trainer or co-trainer, your responsibilities include:
- Preparing your own session materials, including slides, prompts, and example
- Please note: Your session materials remain fully your intellectual property (IP)
- Delivering one or more 4-hour live sessions, in collaboration with a co-trainer
- Engaging participants through practical demonstrations and applied exercises
- Coordinating with your co-trainer to ensure a seamless delivery experience
ExpertGate will handle all other aspects, including:
- Participant registration and communication
- Session scheduling and platform setup
- Payment processing and trainer payout
- Certificate generation and feedback collection
- Global promotion and marketing support

Please email your EOI to course@expertgate.org by 30 August 2025 and include the following:
- A short professional bio or a link to your ExpertGate profile
- The course topic(s) you are confident delivering
- Your general availability from October 2025 onward
- Whether you prefer to lead or co-presen
